Results of Applications for Admission to Public Tertiary Education

Good news for all the university hopefuls out there! The results of your applications to public tertiary education institutions will be announced on 28 June 2024.

All SPM graduates who have applied for programmes at public universities, polytechnics, community colleges and public skills training institutions (ILKA) for certificate, foundation and diploma levels can check their results from noon on 28 June 2024 until 5 p.m. on 7 July 2024.

Candidates can check their results via the following sites:

After getting your results, successful candidates are required to confirm their acceptance or rejection of the offer at the respective institutions or ILKA website. The grace period for doing so is from 29 June 2024 to 7 July 2024. Once candidates have confirmed their acceptance of the offer, they will receive official offer letters from the institutions and ILKA.

Appeal applications can be made through UPUOnline by:

candidates who are unsuccessful in securing an offer.
candidates who have only received a certificate-level programme.

Appeals for admission to public universities and polytechnics can be made via https://upu.mohe.gov.my within 10 days from 28 June 2024 at 12 p.m. until 5 p.m. on 7 July 2024. Appeals to community colleges and ILKA can be made directly to the respective institutions without going through UPUOnline.
