NAPEI Malaysian Education Fair is Back!!!

The NAPEI Malaysian Education Fair, which is in its 33rd series, will be held at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre, KL on 14 & 15 June 2014 (Saturday and Sunday) from 11am to 6pm. The fair is organised by the National Association of Private Educational Institutions (NAPEI) and managed by StudyMalaysia Exhibition Sdn Bhd. Endorsed by the Ministry of Education Malaysia, the organiser expects NAPEI’s Malaysian Education Fair to showcase more than 70 exhibitors take up more than 140 booths from public and private higher educational institutions, government agencies, education consultants, foreign universities, skills training providers, postgraduate education providers, scholarship information providers, online course provider and many others.

SPM/ STPM/ UEC school leavers and existing students or other pre-university students and their parents will find this fair extremely informative particularly in helping them plan ahead. The fair will provide students and their parents with useful information on higher education options in Malaysia and abroad. This includes courses ranging from pre-university and bachelor degree levels to postgraduate studies through various study routes, e.g. home-grown programme, 3+0 degree, twinning degree (2+1), international degree programmes, overseas degree (foreign university branch campus in Malaysia), distance learning, studying abroad, and many more.  The fair will also give students and parents the opportunity to meet the various representatives of government agencies.

The orgniser urges the students to make a point to visit the fair and discover the numerous study options that can help you determine your career pathway and your future. Besides getting detailed information from various institutions and submit their application to study at the exhibition booths, the students will get a copy of “Your Passport To Choosing The Right Career”. They have the opportunities to meet the experienced career coach and registered career counselors to determine their interests through useful career interest assessments. Also, they can come and meet the StudyMalaysia team to find out ‘What study options and education pathways are suitable for me?’

In conjunction with this NAPEI 33rd Malaysian Education Fair, there is another fair, namely MySchool Fair which will focus on Malaysia’s private and international schools as well as the providers of talent enrichment programmes, for children aged 5 to 15 years. Parents who wish to enroll their children at international schools or private schools for primary and secondary education will also have the opportunity to get more admission information from the reputable international schools participating in the fair.

While admission is free, students and parents are urged to visit the fair to get some free door gifts. The organiser will also arrange motivation and guidance talks for the benefits of visitors during these two days. There will definitely many interesting activities line up during this two-day education fair.
