Leo Burnett Group Malaysia ‘The Most Engaging Co-Op Partner’ for 2016

Kuala Lumpur, 25 October 2016 – Malaysia’s award winning creative agency, Leo Burnett was awarded ‘The Most Engaging Co-Op Partner’ for 2016 by University College Sedaya International (UCSI) for its contribution in developing talents and coaching students to be market ready for the workforce. 

According to Maureen Gomez, Head of People and Culture at Leo Burnett Malaysia, “This is a testament to our human resource policies and initiatives. We believe in attracting young talent, retaining them and motivating these young individuals to help us achieve our goals and objectives. Building engagements is critical for the growth of an organization.”

UCSI’s Co-Op programme formally integrates classroom learning with workplace training in Co-Op employer organizations. As part of their degree requirements, students enrolled in UCSI programs are required to complete a co-op module comprising two months’ work experience for each year of their degree programme; beginning in Year One right through to the Final Year.
