SPM with at least credits in Bahasa Melayu and pass Sejarah. Credits in July's Bahasa Melayu Paper will also be counted
AND
STPM with at least PNGK 2.00 with Grade C in any 3 subjects including Pengajian Am

MUET at least Band 1
SYARAT KHAS
STPM at least Grade C in Visual Arts
AND
SPM at least Grade B in Visual Arts Education
AND
SPM at least a Pass in Mathematics/Additional Mathematics
AND
Pass MEdSI Test
AND
Pass the special test provided by UPSI
AND
Pass the interview
AND
MUET at least Band 2
