Student Testimonials
Yasen Khaled Abdulwahed Mohamed, YemenIntensive English Language Program December, 2009 – present As an international student at UTeM, the diversity of the programmes offered here is just amazing, especially for those who are pursuing a career in engineering. UTeM is distinguished by its engineering majors and specialisation ranging from manufacturing, mechanical, electrical engineering and ICT. Being a young university, UTeM is still in its infancy with regard to the experience in handling international students’ welfare. However, the university was able to accommodate most of the needs of international students and I am confident that it will improve as the university keeps thriving forward. |

![]() Ermansyah Sachlan, IndonesiaPostgraduate Student (Faculty of Manufacturing Engineering), November 2009 – present I like the surrounding of UTeM with the unique features of the buildings. I don’t have any problems with the food here as Malaysia and Indonesia share almost the same style of cooking and recipe. The infrastructure is very good and I like the Sports Complex the most as it provide ample sports and fitness facilities. At UTeM, most of the Indonesian students are members of the Indonesia Students Society (PPI) that was established to forge close relationships with fellow students. I am happy to be here. After all, Melaka is the best state for study, shopping and sightseeing. It is a great opportunity for international students to study at UTeM. |
