The Accommodation unit of Alumni & Support Services Department is under the care of Student Affairs & Alumni. As management, part of our role is to observe cleanliness and maintenance of the hostel, to establish security and safety in the residential halls, to ensure that integration between the residents is maintained, and that the rules and regulations of the hostel are adhered, to ensure students would enjoy their learning and living at UCSI University.
It includes ensuring students enjoy the experience of living in an impressive quality environment. UCSI University offers students a healthy residence with services that support their learning and development process.
Students can opt to either reside in UCSI University's on-campus residential halls or at the off-campus condominium-styled accommodations. We also provide temporary accommodations for our students and guests who are coming for a short stay.
SAR provides and enhances the students educational experiences at UCSI University with diverse opportunities for practical experience through co-curricular activities.
These activities provide valuable hands-on experience for leadership and character development through social, cultural, intellectual, recreational, community services and campus governance programmes.
The UCSI Student Council is the student representative organization consisting of members from various majors and backgrounds – all of whom are dedicated to being the voice of the students while acting as a bridge between the students and the university management. Youth Beyond Boundaries (YBB) is a fraternity led by students that turns game-changing ideas into consequential outcomes. Student Development & Counselling Department (SDCD) focuses on helping students in dealing with the challenges and difficulties in their study journey as well as guiding and empowering them in overcoming challenges.

The Student Welfare Council (SWC) serves as a platform where all members of the Student Welfare Committee meet and come together to table, address, advice and execute matters pertaining to students, be it academic or administrative in nature.
The SWC reaches out to diverse members in the University to initiate the process of engagement in seeking for different stakeholders’ inputs before putting it into practice and spur good practice in enhancing students’ experience.
The SWC is to report back to the Vice Chancellor through the office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Alumni on a quarterly basis.

myCo-Op is UCSI University’s own "home-grown" web portal, which was mainly designed to enable Co-Op partners to advertise available vacancies in their organisation and for students to apply for these vacancies directly online. Currently, we have 4600 Co-Op industry partners registered in our portal.

Realise your aspirations with UCSI University Trust Scholarship. We have allocated RM30million in scholarships for prodigious students like you. Scholarships and a Sports Bursary are awarded to deserving Malaysians irrespective of race, religion and creed to pursue their higher education at UCSI University. Scholarships are offered to students at Foundation, A-Levels, Diploma, Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels.
The PTPTN Education Financing Scheme was established to provide education financing to Malaysian students pursuing studies at local institutions of higher education. This education financing will enable students to partially finance their tuition fees for the duration of their study.
Open to Malaysian students who come from rural area of Malaysia, low income family, single parent family with low income background, OKU and other similar difficult situations for diploma studies at UCSI University.
